Evolution is a conversation process using facilitation techniques to allow everybody’s voice to be heard. Its goal is Ireland’s best possible future, as determined by the Irish people. EVOLUTION is an acronym with its genesis in meetings previously held all over Ireland and which is intended to be a summary of SOME and by no means all of the areas which need to be discussed and improved for Ireland to achieve the peace, prosperity and happiness we are long overdue.
